To get in touch
If there is anything you’d like to know about working with me, or any questions you’d like to ask about therapy, then please do get in touch, no question is stupid or too simple. Or you might want to see if I could help you. We can discuss your needs and consider whether we feel we can work together.
Why not phone me? Talking is a good way to get questions and concerns answered, and gives you the opportunity to get a better sense of who I am and how I work, and helps you in making a decision. I offer a free discussion over the phone without obligation, (if I cannot answer please leave a voicemail and I will return your call). I recognise that making contact can be difficult and am respectful of that. You can email me if you prefer that. Sometimes people prefer to just book an appointment, that's fine, please email me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
On working days I aim to reply to emails and voicemails within 24 hours. Weekends may take longer.
I abide by UKCP guidelines and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). I will not contact you again after your initial enquiry unless you want that, nor will I pass your details on.
